There are two options for paying tuition:
1. Pay the total tuition by July 31 directly to Bishop Canevin High School.
OR
2. Enroll in the SMART tuition payment program and make 10 monthly payments, July through April.
These are the ONLY two options for paying tuition. IF enrolling in SMART, the SMART form MUST be returned to Bishop Canevin no later than May 31. However, families who participated in SMART with Bishop Canevin during the 2005-06school year will be automatically renewed for 2006-07 and do not need to reapply for SMART.
The ten monthly payments will begin in July with the final payment due April 2007. Therefore, those who delay in returning the SMART form past May 31 will have fewer and higher payments.
If you applied for financial aid, then once awards are announced in late May / early June, we will automatically deduct any award you might receive from your total tuition before your account is set up with SMART.
Activity Fee
The Activity Fee is required of ALL students regardless of the extent involved in school activities. For 2006-07, the Activity Fee will remain at $300 for one child, $500 for more than one child. The Activity Fee is to be paid directly to the school Business Office and is not to be included with SMART tuition payments. The Activity Fee is payable in two installments: the first payment is due by the end of October; the second payment is due by the end of February.
The Activity Fee may be reimbursed up to the total amount paid by earning credit through the Shopping Certificate Program.
All tuition and fees must be paid up-to-date for students to receive report cards, participate in activities/dances, have transcripts sent, or participate in baccalaureate and/or graduation ceremonies. No records will be forwarded with any outstanding obligations owed to the school.
